Bringing optimised systems and efficiencies together with the digital tools modern workplaces need to succeed, Kevin strives to ensure Planday customers' businesses continue to grow and better support their shift-workers' wellbeing.
As Planday's Partner Manager for the UK and Ireland, he is currently working to create the best technology ecosystem to help hospitality operators and their people stay successful with loyal customers and employees for life.
Over the past three years, he has combined his computer science expertise and years of food retail experience to co-found and run Tenzo, a cutting edge restaurant analytics company. The Tenzo platform gives large and multi-site restaurants a much-improved ability to get to the insights and recommendations that will drive top-line growth and optimize costs. It also forecasts sales using machine learning, allowing restaurants to drastically reduce food waste.
James’s experience has included time as the operations director growing multi-site restaurant company. As Operations Director for Truffle Hunting James’s role offers support in concept development, F&B, operational management and business development for a variety of clients, from independent Michelin-starred restaurants to hotels and destination pubs.
James also works alongside his clients to develop their business plans, operating strategies and cloud-based ‘Ecosystems’ ensuring such controls provide clients clear and real time analysis of performance and direction.
Barak is the Co-Founder and Commercial Director at Morso - London's modern, community-centred restaurant and bar, serving hand-crafted fresh pasta and small plates of Italian bites alongside innovative Grappa-based cocktails.
Using cloud-technology, Barak is experienced in setting up, rolling out and managing large, multi-site operations for businesses throughout the hospitality industry, consulting on budgeting, planning, funding and execution.
A true hospitality professional, Alyson has been in the industry for more than 20 years and has lived and worked extensively across the Middle East, Asia and the UK.
In a departure from operations, Alyson gave into her love of people and moved into HR. She now leads the People function at YO! championing the culture of the business and is passionate about the development and wellbeing of over 1800 Team Members – a career highlight being the winner of the 2019 Sustainable Restaurant Associations ‘Treat Staff Fairly’ Award.
Alyson has a BA (Hons) in Business Management and Administration from the University of Lincolnshire and Humberside.
